Organic Maple Syrup Natural Body CleanserMay's recipe is a wonderful body cleanser rids the body of unwanted toxins. Great for everyone - young and old. Ingredients:

Method:Mix together butter, sugar and salt. In another bowl, mix together flours and baking powder and then add to the butter mix. Mix in ¾ cup oat flakes. In 3rd bowl, mix together milk and maple syrup and blend in to the rest until mixture is simply moist. Preheat oven to 350 °F (180°C). Put 8 paper muffin cups into muffin tray and pour mixture in. Sprinkle with remaining oat flakes. Cook in the center of oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffins comes out clean. Let muffin tray cool down 5 minutes before removing muffin cups. You may prepare the muffins in advance and keep refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 1 month.
