All Canadian Heritage Organics Pure Organic Maple Syrup, Maple Butter and granulated Maple Sugar are "Certified Organic" by Garantie Bio Ecocert. Canadian Heritage Organics is our own product, and is manufactured naturally with absolutely no artificial additives, coloring, preservatives or chemicals added during any part of the processing. Our Maple Syrup is produced in St-Pamphile, 150 km southeast of Quebec City, in the Appalaches region.
Canadian Heritage Organics products have three generations of Quebec craftsmanship in an area where the mineral content of the soil is of the richest available in nature, guaranteeing the highest quality Maple Syrup possible. Our sap is collected from the Maple Sugar tree (acer saccharum) using the traditional method, as well as the pipeline method. All C.H.O. products are certified kosher. Canadian Heritage Organics products are inspected by the Federal Government.
