Preparation time : 15 minutes


  • 1/4 cup of Canadian Heritage Organic maple syrup
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups of mixed nuts of your choice

In a medium sized fry pan heat the maple syrup and coconut oil together until hot.  Add the nuts and coat with mixture and cook over medium heat till they reach a light amber colour and the maple mixture is absorbed by the nuts.  Remove from pan and place on a cookie sheet and let cool.  This will taste even better the next day.
