Make sure to pick up a bottle of Canadian Heritage Very Dark Maple Syrup (Brown Label) to ensure your cleanse has all the nutrients you will need. Mix up to 10 glasses per day based on what is best for your needs. Cleanse up to 7 days. If you’re planning to consume only the cleanse, add extra maple syrup if you’re underweight.
